I requested a rodent inspection at my house since I noticed my dogs going crazy near the access to our crawl space under the house. Cura sent out Nathaniel and he was awesome!! He gave me practical advice on how to address my problem and showed me how I could fix the problem and the inspection was free! I spoke with Daisy, who was an amazing help in getting me set up with an appointment to have a technician come out. Daisy scheduled Jaime to come out. I was having an issue with tiny ants and spiders. Jaime was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He explained everything and assured me that the chemicals he was using was safe for my pet, once they dried. I felt very confident and comfortable working with this company. Raymond was the one assigned to service our garage with local treatment for termites. He was incredibly patient in explaining what he was doing and his recommendations. Would gladly work with him again but due to the thoroughness of his work I suspect I won't need to for awhile at least!![Yelp]()

The whole experience was great, from the initial quote request Derek worked with my schedule and was on time to the initial inspection, Daisy from the front office was friendly and quickly helped me get on the schedule, and their tech Raymond was on time, thorough, and happily answered all of our questions. Derek Erikson was very friendly and super helpful. He helped me understand where I had points of entrance for gross disgusting critters to possibly get in our home. Derek really helped me out today with my termite problem that was missed by another termite control company. He didn't even charge me, though he could've, to repair the damage as it was still within warranty with another company. I feel guilty that he didn't ask for compensation for the inspection, but he's the nicest guy ever the least I can do is leave a good yelp review.
