Verified Cooper was very detailed and very attentive to my concerns. I'm new with this company this is only their second visit but so far all is well...Verified Mr Cooper was great in customer service and also taking care of the infestation we had around our home would recommend this service. The tech, Cooper, was great! We have a lot of different spaces to cover both outside and inside. He was thorough, moved efficiently through everything, and offered to return if needed at any time.Verified Appreciate Cura owner - Seth Fenn stepped in, investigated, and offered solution to address the issue I bought up (late for the job with no prior notification). The attitute of " doing things right " addresses this issue and I presume it will not happen again for all future CURA customers. I would hire Cura again if I ever have need for pest control. The smell is nice as well doesn't give you that nasty poison smell which is nice. They took my call late night before Thanksgiving day, when I had an emergency need for them. They were able to send a technician over that very same night and handle my mice problem immediately. Oma did a fantastic job in our garage. He followed up the very following morning and also followed up three days later to ensure all our captured. I had called several places, but this was definitely the best customer service of all.Verified I was previously with one of the big pest control companies who gradually increased my price every quarter but the service was lacking. If I wanted them to check on something while they were already here (nothing big because I'm not a "donkey"), I would need to call corporate and get an approval or pay a fee. When I called to complain, corporate offered to bring my price back down to my original fee for 3 months. No thanks. Then Cura came in the picture. I hope they never lose their personal touch! They were in the neighborhood treating a neighbor's home and offered to do a free inspection. They explained everything so well and were so pleasant and awesome that I agreed to sign up for their pest control that day. It's been a little while since I initially hired them and my experience with them remains unchanged. They are still awesome and if you are looking for a pest control company that goes above and beyond for a reasonable price, Cura should be your choice.Verified Vincent did an excellent job working with me to navigate around the house and spray all the trouble spots while I wrangled the dogs!
