Dennis arrived on time, was kind, professional, and did a very thorough job. I appreciated the time Dennis took to answer questions I had, share about additional services available, and let me know the areas he sprayed because of large mosquito activity. I mentioned noticing a couple moth caterpillars earlier this summer and some large spiders. He kindly sprayed around the trees and also took down the cobwebs. We would love to have Dennis be our regular technician. Emile I.September 23, 2024I found some debris around the foundation of my house that looked like termite droppings. I requested a free inspection and Cura sent someone out within 24 hours. It turns out that what I found were cricket droppings. Their inspector (Derek) was sincerely happy to give me the good news and did not try to push any additional services. Full disclosure: we had been dissatisfied with the previous service and were looking for change. His knowledge and demeanor closed the deal. I had trouble with the first review link and have forgotten the area tech manager's name. He showed up on time, introduced himself and asked me about my expectations. We walked the property and discussed the process for both exterior and interior applications. Then he proceeded to cover all bases we discussed and thoroughly fulfilled the promised service.
