I cancelled immediately and never agreed to their contract, yet they showed up while I was on vacation. My son, not knowing, let them in and paid. After I told them not to return, they ignored my messages, kept texting they were coming, and even threatened me with an “early cancellation fee.” Now they’ve started harassing me. Decent enough of a company. I do however think they don’t have their customers best interest in mind. We had general pest control which included spraying the yard for bugs. They showed up on a day with a little mist precipitation and just checked on the house and said they removed some spider webs which there were a bunch still left. They said they didn’t spray for bugs due to the wetness. Not a huge deal breaker but it would be more realistic to hold off for the day and reschedule or charge accordingly for less service. I’m a business owner too and I understand there are schedules to keep but it seems like there’s some flexibility to maintain some relationships with your customers being missed. I figured I’d take a break since the salesman that came to offer the service said there was no issues canceling if we didn’t need the service eventually. He explained that we would just need to cancel then they’d do one last months charge and service. When I called they informed me of a $100 cancellation fee. It’s my bad that I didn’t see it clearly on the contract on the last page but I didn’t really look for it since the salesman was so cool about the info. It is what it is. The technician (victor ) did an outstanding job ,he was extremely thorough and detailed. He removed all the spider webs from around the house, including the doors, windows, garage, patio, and even the trash bins and patio furniture. He carefully treated the entire exterior for ants, spiders, earwigs, and other pests, and also did interior treatments on all three floors to target any activity inside. Everything was done neatly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. I really appreciate how much care was put into the service. So far, all the service techs have been very polite and professional. They text me when they will be arriving, are neat in appearance and do a thorough job. I also have them spray my front yard for noseeum mosquitoes... Seems to help. Riverbed...50+ years of living here and trying to keep the bugs, rats, coyotes, etc. under control...I considered it a lost cause until yesterday, when Joshua showed up and talked to us about what Cura can do. I guess the neighboring condos had hired Cura and it seemed an opportune time to see if Cura could get rid of the roof rats and the spider mites. They gave me a quote, it was reasonable and professional, detailing what Cura would do. We signed up. The crew came out today and sprayed and placed bate boxes (no poison involved) , etc. so perhaps there is a light at the end of the tunnel! I'm really impressed with what they did today, brushing down spider mite nests and white flies both of which are killing our plants, plus spraying around the house and yard and placing roof rat repellent boxes. Maybe it's too good to be true but we're feeling pretty happy tonight! The crew came at the time set and did exactly what they promised to do.Verified Needed some help with mosquitos and other bugs at our house, got referred by my brother in law. Had Cooper as my tech. Very friendly and explained everything he would be using and doing. He even refilled bait traps that were being neglected by our property managements pest service. He took about an hour and was very thorough. So far so good! Have definitely seen less bugs and we'll see soon how the mosquito treatment works.
