The whole experience was great, from the initial quote request Derek worked with my schedule and was on time to the initial inspection, Daisy from the front office was friendly and quickly helped me get on the schedule, and their tech Raymond was on time, thorough, and happily answered all of our questions. Derek Erikson was very friendly and super helpful.  He helped me understand where I had points of entrance for gross disgusting critters to possibly get in our home. Derek really helped me out today with my termite problem that was missed by another termite control company.  He didn't even charge me, though he could've, to repair the damage as it was still within warranty with another company. I feel guilty that he didn't ask for compensation for the inspection, but he's the nicest guy ever the least I can do is leave a good yelp review. Highly recommend Cura. We opted for spot treatment. Cura was great with providing our options in a clear and forthcoming manner. I did not feel any pressure and felt like they were genuine in their assessment.

We have used this company twice, and both times we have had positive results. Unfortunately we live in an area next to creeks, pets, and plants that leave a likelihood for fleas. My poor kids kept getting bit up, so we knew we needed to call Cura again. This time we worked with Rudy who was determined to get rid of every single flea in our home. He also has continued to have open communication with us even after finishing his service, and I've been able to send him info of what we've seen on the traps he's left. The photo I attached shows the amount of fleas that his trap caught after spraying. Crazy!

He was very knowledgeable and gave us so many tips so that we hopefully don't have to deal with this issue again. I appreciate everything he has done and what he's promised to continue to help us with. Both of the technicians we've worked with were wonderful (forgive me, I forget who the first one was because we used them 2 years ago). Everything Cura does is exactly what you would want in a Pest Control company.  

Daisy took care of arranging for a last minute same day inspection for me - at no cost whatsoever! She was helpful, communicative, and very accommodating to my requests. Although I was in a tight timeline for the inspection, Daisy did all she could to make it happen. 

If I could make a separate review for Derek Erickson as well I would, but Yelp doesn't let me! Derek was also accommodating to our unique request for an inspection of our property and facilitated it in an expedited and concise manner.

We started using Cura Pest and had our initial treatment in August. Our service technician, Rudy Vieyra, was phenomenal! I found some debris around the foundation of my house that looked like termite droppings. I requested a free inspection and Cura sent someone out within 24 hours.

It turns out that what I found were cricket droppings. Their inspector (Derek) was sincerely happy to give me the good news and did not try to push any additional services.
