Verified We hired this company for two homes, for tenting only and we had (personnel) problems at one house, but the company handled it professionally and so for that I can't even take a star off, because overall I would definitely hire them again! And I also refer them every time someone asks for a referral!Verified All I can say is this company is the Best!! I was worried/paniced I had a problem going on in my apartment. I had found a little bug. I requested to have someone come out and they responded right away. The next day they had told me that they would be able to come out about 5 days later. He was very attentive with what our trouble areas were in the home and what we needed. We had a German roach issue in our new home that we moved into. Right when we saw that we had an issue, we used a fogger on the house initially but that didn't do anything. We also put our own bait traps but that also didn't do much. So we called Cura pest control and they were amazing. Cooper serviced our home and he was very attentive. He reassured us that we did not have a big of an issue that we thought but he still treated the home as if we did have a big issue for our peace of mind. We still saw one or two every now and then after the first treatment. We were assuming they were stragglers but we still did a follow up appointment to make sure. However, not that long after we stopped seeing them. When we did have the follow up appointment, he still treated the whole house and now we feel more confident moving in all of our things officially inside.
