I would give Christian Hein 7 stars if Yelp allowed it. Christian provided one of the best customer-service experiences I've ever had with anyone who has come to my home. I've dealt with plenty of service professionals over the years, and unfortunately, it's rare to encounter someone who is genuinely exceptional in how they communicate and treat the customer. Christian was in a completely different league. From the moment he arrived, he was incredibly respectful, professional, friendly, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. His tone and attitude were outstanding. He treated both me and my home with genuine respect, never made the interaction feel rushed or transactional, and somehow made a routine pest-control appointment feel like a genuinely great customer experience. What stood out most was that none of it felt forced. Christian simply carries himself like someone who takes tremendous pride in his work and genuinely cares about how he treats people. Companies spend enormous amounts of time and money trying to train employees to deliver this level of service. Christian Hein seems to do it naturally. He is exactly the kind of person you want representing your company and interacting with your customers. I almost never write reviews this enthusiastic, but he absolutely earned it. 7/5 stars. Great job, overall! We had to do wood repair and fumigation. The whole process went so smoothly. Starting with great communication ( Christal and Dave), caring about garden and surrounding (Mike and Austin), very punctual and fast ( the fumigation team). Everything was very clean after both activities. Dave, the inspection agent impressed by knowledge and great advice. Cura is a great company, especially Armando.  He serviced my home while I was on a business trip.  He listened to my instructions regarding locking and unlocking the side gates.
